Good questions, straight answers.

Who holds my crypto?

Peppy does. Peppy holds the keys to your Tron and Ethereum addresses and signs the transfers you approve. Keep your password, PIN and authenticator safe, because they are what protects your wallet.

How do I add naira?

Set up your personal Peppy account number in the app, then send money to it from any Nigerian bank. Your balance updates once the payment is confirmed, less a 1% processing fee of at most ₦300.

Why do I need TRX or ETH to send USDT?

Every blockchain charges a network fee in its own coin. Sending USDT on Tron uses TRX from your Tron address; on Ethereum it uses ETH. The app tells you how much you need and lets you buy or receive it if you're short.

Which networks does Peppy support?

USDT on Tron (TRC-20) and on Ethereum (ERC-20), ETH on Ethereum and TRX on Tron. Other tokens and networks aren't supported, so send only the asset and network shown on your receive screen.

Can I convert crypto to naira?

Yes, where conversion is open for that coin and network; the app shows what's available. You get a quote with the exact amounts, and the rate holds while you confirm.

Can a transfer be reversed?

Blockchain transfers can't be reversed once confirmed, so check the address and network before you send. A transfer that doesn't go through is returned to your balance.

How do I get help?

Open Help & support inside the app and send your request with the transaction reference. Peppy will never ask for your password, PIN, authenticator code or private keys.
